Description: My practice is focused on representing individuals and small businesses in commercial matters, applying a coach approach to the practice of law. I have over twenty years experience advising clients in business and real estate transactions and helping my clients resolve disputes that arise in a business or a real estate context. I help my clients to find constructive solutions to their legal problems, transforming those problems into opportunities for positive change that allow them to thrive in their businesses and in their lives with as little legal stress as possible. Navigating through legal problems or issues need not be stressful!

I apply the same coach approach to my mediation practice, helping the participants to focus on what is truly important to them and to reach mutually acceptable resolution of their disputes by finding creative solutions to the problems that led to the disputes that brought them to me.

As an arbitrator, I am fair and impartial and take the time to listen to the parties so that my awards are well-reasoned and sensible.
