Staff Players Repertory Company presents this classic tale of
people marooned in a hash joint takes place in the desert near
the Petrified Forest. It’s composed of the wandering rich,
with a criminal gang sweeping through briefly. It’s at heart
an unexpected tale of sacrifice, the kind of nobility Sherwood
celebrates at the forlorn gas station in the endless desert. When
the Crash has turned Wall Street to stone and Prohibition tried
to spoil everything else an amazing radiance emerges.3 Prices
from $12.00 to $35.00

Monterey Peninsula College Theatre Company presents the perfect
way to say “Bah Humbug” to the classic Dicken’s
tale. Mrs. Bob Cratchit has had it with being the loving and long-suffering
wife and mother. She’s sick of Tiny Tim (the goody-goody
crippled child), she hates her twenty other children (most of
them confined to the root cellar), and all she really wants to
do is get drunk and jump off of London Bridge. Her life is then
turned upside down by a visit from the Ghost of all three Christmases
and a Tourette’s Syndrome- suffering Ebeneezer Scrooge.
This rollicking, sassy tale has an ample heaping of spice, sure
to add flavor to the start of your holiday season. Prices from
