The exhibition features a retrospective selection of new digital
prints of 55 historic images. Beginning with the ruined state
of the Mission Church in the 1880’s, the display traces
the subsequent century of restoration efforts – begun by
Father Casanova in 1884 and completed by master craftsman Harry
Downie before his death in 1980.
